MMTV BROADCASTS TO SOUTH AFRICAN DOCTORS ON Haemochromatosis
In July 2006 a panel including Dr Maritha Kotze of GeneCare, Prof AP MacPhail - an expert in HH and iron disorders and Kirsten Alberts and Roger Keyte representing the Haemochromatosis Society of South Africa (HSSA), participated in a live television broadcast to doctors throughout SA. The 1 hour panel discussion on HH provided a comprehensive review of the condition from an expert and a patient perspective.
